High technology in apple classification and storage

Dynamic Controlled Atmosphere

This system uses sensors that control temperature, air humidity and the levels of gases, such as Oxygen and Carbon in the storage chamber.
Dynamic Controlled Atmosphere technology enables the storage of fruit in ideal conditions of O2 and Co2, reduces fruit ‘respiration’, which maintains the firmness of the pulp, produces higher levels of sugars and acidity and, consequently, higher fruit quality.
Through the dynamic controlled atmosphere, apples are stored for long periods while maintaining the same crispness and juiciness from the moment they were harvested.
